You get a full refund of everything you paid, including the service fee, no questions asked. We'll help you find someone else.
Yes. More than 48 hours before the session you get a full refund. Closer than that, the Help page has the exact rules.
The photographer keeps the copyright, which is standard in professional photography. You get a permanent licence to use the images for yourself: prints, albums, social media, your own site. If you booked for a business, the licence covers promoting that business.
For now, yes. SnapHire is free on the App Store.
